I am an active real estate investor with experience across residential multifamily, short and long-term rentals, cross-border structures, and a growing focus on commercial real estate and self-storage. I approach every investment the same way I approach financial strategy for my clients — with conservative underwriting, rigorous analysis, and a long-term perspective.
My CPA background and over fifteen years of financial experience mean I look at deals differently than most investors. I underwrite conservatively, structure clearly, and report transparently.

My investing experience spans small multifamily acquisitions, property flips, seller financing structures, cross-border short and long-term rental operations, and international property management. I am currently focused on expanding into commercial real estate with a particular interest in self-storage as an asset class.
Each strategy has added a layer to how I think about capital allocation, deal structure, and risk management — and that perspective directly informs how I advise clients on their own financial decisions.
