HAPPY 2024!

Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season with your family.
 

My 2024 is off to a great start as later this week, I’ll be heading down to Florida for our first family snowbird getaway of this year!  I’m so excited to get away right after the holiday season for a quick trip to our Naples property. 🌴🌞
 

Having properties in Florida means that we can easily escape during the cold winter months, and this is the first of many trips already planned to head down south.  Last year at this time, we didn’t  even own one property in Florida, so it’s  amazing just how much can change in twelve months.  I am so happy and grateful that I am truly able to enjoy a snowbird lifestyle. 😎
