Want to Come to Florida?
How are you? Are you excited for spring and warmer days ahead? I certainly am!!
I recently celebrated my 40th Birthday and for this milestone, I wanted to be somewhere hot, sunny 🌞 and near a beach 🏖️ (some of my favourite pleasures in life)!
Even though I just came back from Greece, I still decided to take a quick, last-minute getaway down to Florida because it was easy, affordable and convenient (and also why I love investing in Florida)! 🌴
This birthday got me thinking about how much we tend to overestimate what we can achieve in a day or week (you know that never-ending To-Do List?) and how much we underestimate how much we can achieve in a year, 5 years, or a decade.
When I entered my 30s, I already knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur and have a career that would allow me to reach financial freedom, mobility freedom, and time freedom. I was not a real estate investor yet, and still lived in the town that I had grown up in, dreaming of a way that I could live a cross-border lifestyle. Fast forward to today: I own a few properties (some of them internationally), I get to travel often to warm destinations, mix business with pleasure, and have the ability to work from anywhere in the world.
I’m definitely not saying that I have achieved everything I hoped for, and I have had my fair share of challenges and learning lessons along the way. I am still growing, learning, and working on becoming a better version of ME every day, but I am happy to keep dreaming big and excited for what’s to come in the next 10 years!
