It’s been a while so I wanted to reconnect and share some exciting updates.
I am now officially an international real-estate investor!
This has always been a goal for me and in January 2023, I closed on my first vacation rental property down in Southwest Florida.
My partners and I are currently in the process of renovating the property (stay-tuned for updates!) and it has been so much fun coming down here on business trips, especially when I get to escape the cold Canadian winter and enjoy some sunshine and palm trees for a few days every month.
